These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blockquant (the "Service"), operated by BlockQuant ("we", "us", or "our"), available at https://blockquant.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Blockquant is a software tool that analyzes publicly available market data using technical indicators and pattern-recognition algorithms and presents the results, including BUY/SELL/HOLD style signals and detected chart patterns, for informational purposes.

2. Not financial advice

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and we are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Signals, patterns, levels, and any other output are generated by automated algorithms, are not predictions, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Trading and investing carry substantial risk, including the loss of your entire capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws applicable to you.

4. Accounts and access

Access to the Service requires an active subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation & refunds

• The Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. [Optional: describe any refund window, e.g. "We offer a refund within 14 days of your first payment if you have not used the Service."]
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its output beyond your personal use; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by BlockQuant and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription.

8. Third-party services and data

The Service relies on third-party providers, including market-data sources and Stripe for payments. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not warrant the accuracy or availability of any data.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate or profitable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockQuant and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlockQuant from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Estonia.
